Replace
You'll notice the Egress Prevent Shield has been activated and is now displaying medium risk. Click the shield to learn more, or click Send to continue.
In the Prevent Panel you'll see which recipients are triggering the detection, and upon hovering you'll get a suggested replacement. Normally, you can click the kebab menu to the right to fix the mistake, but for now, let's minimize the panel and try to send.
Now that the mistake has been corrected, the shield is green and indicates the message is safe to send. Click Send to continue.
By selecting Send Anyway, you're letting Prevent know that while this scenario is unusual, you did intend to include the other Michele. This choice will be logged for the Admins, and will also help Prevent better map your relationships.
By selecting Cancel, you're able to edit the message and recipients to correct any mistakes. Do this now using the address book or by clicking 'Replace' in the Prevent Shield Panel.
Click Michele Stooge's contact to deselect and remove them from the 'To' field. Then select Michelle Stoop's contact to add her. Click OK to continue.
Here, you are a Product Manager and you need to ask Dany Abidemi and Michelle Stoop in Support about their weekly report. The recipients have been pre-populated for you. Follow the steps to see how Prevent detects potentially misaddressed emails.

Use the Attach Files button to add your customer list and send it to your personal email to see how Prevent detects data exfiltration attempts.

You are about to send a mass email. Consider moving the recipients to the BCC field.
Here, you are a Communications Manager sending an email to customers regarding an error made in a previous marketing email. You've drafted up the perfect response and are ready to face their wrath. With all the customers pre-populated in the To field, follow the steps to see how Prevent stops accidental data breaches.
By selecting Cancel, you're able to edit the message and recipients to correct any mistakes. Do this now using the Address Book.
